OF THE MONTH AWARDS.
At the end of every month, the Sun Stays 'til Tomorrow team gets together and hosts the Of The Month Awards! These awards are posted up on our forum's theme in the sidebar you see next to this thread here. These awards give a special spotlight to specific characters in SkyClan of any age, rank, or standing - voted upon by the community every month!

The team posts a Google Forms link in the Discord during the 3-day "voting period" at the end of the month where members can go to anonymously vote on the provided four options for each category, which are:

• Character of the Month
  A character who proved themselves this month, made an impact, or simply interested you to see written!
• Character of the Month
  A character who proved themselves this month, made an impact, or simply interested you to see written!
• Character of the Month
  A character who proved themselves this month, made an impact, or simply interested you to see written!
• Character of the Month
  A character who proved themselves this month, made an impact, or simply interested you to see written!
• Pair of the Month
  Whether it be a romantic couple, a pair of good friends, queerplatonic partners, or even rivals, you can vote for two characters who have an interesting relationship!
• Role-play of the Month
  The one write-in option on the form, you can write in a role-play that you liked reading or even participating in on the Discord channels or on the forum role-play section! It's encouraged to vote for someone else's role-play just to make things fair, but you can still vote for your own if you were really moved or made a huge leap with your characters in it!

You'll be alerted at the end of every month when that month's Google Forms is ready for voting! The voting period will last 72 hours, and the winners will be announced the same day as its closure!

There will be a little newsletter, kind of like an interview article, that talks about the characters featured in each Of the Month category! It'll be as if your character themselves were interviewed by some tabloid-- giving a little description of them, their history, what they've been up to recently, and like things for Pair OTM and Role-play OTM! Regardless, everyone will get a chance to get some spotlight here with Of the Month award! Did I mention that you can get 30 seashells every time you get picked for an OTM? (Granted, you're only allowed to win one category per month! Your character also cannot win twice in a row; for example, if you won Character OTM on one character, they will not be an option in the next month's Character OTM elections-- but they'll be an option again the third month if they make it onto the roster!)
